Naum. Premonitions
Strolling through Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Vologda, film scholar Naum Kleiman reminisces about childhood stories, meets with director Alexander Sokurov, and, of course, watches films. Documentary footage is interspersed with clips from films by Sergei Eisenstein, Alain Resnais, Jean-Luc Godard, and other masters, transforming his dialogue with Naum Ikhilievich into a wide-ranging conversation about art, culture, and our modern age.
