25 years have passed since the events of the first film... During this time, a lot has changed in our yard: children have grown up - the little violinist Diphenhydramine and the granddaughter of Azat Arus; new tenants appeared - Kamsar, who moved with his family from Syria, and a young Chinese man, Chuan Li, who rents Grant's apartment. But the old-timers - Grant, Lala and Ashot - have not gone away, and still live in the same place as a quarter of a century ago. And everything would have been fine, and life in our yard would have peacefully flowed in the usual way, if not for ... the suddenly arisen smuggled gold of the "Hong Kong mafia"!
